History of Yuchuang Shoes (2014-2024)

  • Founding and Foundation Period (2014-2016)
     

    Founders Janet Lin and Mr. Lan, leveraging their keen market insights, established a slipper factory in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. As a strategic starting point, the company focused on the application of EVA polymer materials, investing in the creation of an industry-leading R&D laboratory and a comprehensive production system. They successfully developed a product matrix encompassing house slippers, functional garden shoes, and fashionable flip-flops. By implementing a vertically integrated supply chain strategy, the company pioneered a complete closed-loop system from raw material procurement, mold development, to mass production, laying the groundwork for providing professional ODM services to international brands and traders.

  • Domestic E-commerce Boom Period (2017-2020)
     

    Seizing the opportunity of the new retail transformation, the company strategically established a digital marketing center. It achieved full-channel deployment on major e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and Pinduoduo,1688, while simultaneously building a social media matrix to deeply engage private domain traffic. Through the upgrade of its intelligent warehouse management system, the company expanded its warehousing and logistics hub to 5,000 square meters, achieving a daily order processing capacity of over 20,000. During this phase, the company experienced an annual compound growth rate of 87%, with its 2020 GMV across all channels surpassing 50 million yuan, solidifying its position as a leading supplier in the domestic home footwear and apparel e-commerce sector.

  • Globalization Strategy Transformation Period (2021)

     
    In response to the national “Dual Circulation” development strategy, the company established an international business division and launched an overseas market expansion plan. It completed the intelligent transformation of its production system:
    Equipped with 15 fully automatic EVA injection molding machines, building a flexible production system.
    Formed a footwear R&D center led by five senior engineers.
    Achieved a monthly production capacity of 800,000 pairs, enabling large-scale output.
    Set up four intelligent packaging lines, with a peak daily shipment capacity of 30,000 orders.
    Simultaneously constructed a 20,000-square-meter smart cloud warehouse, establishing a “zero inventory pressure” business model that supports FBA direct shipping, dropshipping, and customized small-order quick response (MOQ=1), improving service response time to within 24 hours.
  • Cross-border Ecosystem Construction Period (2022-2023)

     
    The company deepened its strategic cooperation with Amazon’s Global Selling program, becoming a core supply chain partner for TOP 10 slipper sellers in the US, Japan, and Europe markets. In 2022, it obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring its products complied with international standards such as CA PRO65 and REACH. The same year, it expanded its independent station ecosystem, supplying cross-border benchmark companies like Shein and Temu. Its cross-border business GMV grew by 213% year-on-year, completing a multi-point global market layout.
  • Global Supply Chain Deepening Period (2024)
